Many Shades Top 5: Diverse Baby & Board Books

Our busy Mom friend once said to us, "I love all of the books you get the girls. I wish someone would just give me a short list of books to get to help me diversify our library." So we did that. We started making & sharing our "Top 5" lists to help make your diverse library-building easy.

ABOUT US

We're a "mixed-race" family of two kids. I'm nonprofit consultant and my husband is a writer. It was a mission of ours from the moment our kids were born to make sure we raised good humans who loved and appreciated themselves, our beautiful family, and others who may not look or live like us. We did that through intentionally choosing books & media that we exposed them to, and now we are sharing our lists with you.
